Welcome to lifevela ("we," "our," or "us"). lifevela is an intelligent life management platform that helps India's urban professionals track their finances, habits, health, and overall life progress through a unified Life Score.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the lifevela application, website (lifevela.com), and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

By accessing or using lifevela, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age. • You are a resident of India or are accessing the Service from within India. • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations of India.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

lifevela provides a comprehensive life tracking platform that includes:

• Life Score: A daily 0–100 score calculated from your real activity across six life dimensions. • Finance Tracking: Expense logging in ₹, SIP investment monitoring, net worth tracking, budget management, and festival budget planning. • Habit Engine: Daily habit tracking, streak management, and 90-day journey visualisation. • Health & Wellness: Sleep, mood, water intake, and nutrition logging. • Fitness Tracking: Workout logging and personal record tracking. • Professional Development: OKR tracking, career milestones, and skill development. • AI Life Coach (Pro): Personalised weekly plans powered by AI, based on aggregated metrics. • Calendar & Planning: Daily forge plans and event scheduling.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To use lifevela, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. • Maintain the security of your password and account credentials. • Notify us immediately at support@lifevela.com of any unauthorised use of your account. • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:• Violate any applicable Indian or international laws or regulations.• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts. • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without written permission. • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent. • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation. • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

lifevela offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription.

Billing: Pro subscriptions are billed monthly (₹299/month) or annually (₹2,499/year). Billing occurs at the start of each billing period.

Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of initial purchase. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted to billing@lifevela.com.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to Pro features until the period ends.

Price Changes: We will provide at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Taxes: All prices are inclusive of applicable GST as required by Indian law.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nirvana Nikhilum Private Limited and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its underlying software without our prior written consent.

Your privacy is fundamental to how we operate. Key commitments:• We never sell your personal data to advertisers or third parties.• Financial and health data is encrypted at rest.• You can export all your data at any time from Settings.• You can request account deletion, which will be processed within 7 days.• We comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023.

Our full Privacy Policy at lifevela.com/privacy-policy governs how we collect, use, and protect your data and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

lifevela does not provide financial, medical, legal, or professional advice. The Life Score, financial insights, and AI coaching are for informational and motivational purposes only. Always consult qualified professionals before making financial or health decisions.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for any loss of data due to technical failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Nirvana Nikhilum Private Limited and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. • Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. • Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. • Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹5,000, whichever is greater.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination: • Your right to use the Service immediately ceases. • We will retain your data for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted. • You may request an export of your data before termination takes effect.

You may terminate your account at any time from Settings > Account > Delete Account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. We encourage you to contact us first at legal@lifevela.com to resolve any disputes amicably before initiating legal proceedings.
