Tell me when a bill looks paid twice.
It reads your finance transaction log and looks for two entries in the same billing period that share the same payee name and a similar amount. When it finds a pair it tells you once.
It does not read your bank statement directly, does not contact the payee, and cannot confirm whether one payment was a refund.

What it needs
