Private journal
A place to write just for yourself.
Keep a thought, a difficult day or something you want to remember in your private journal.
Write without an analysis
Life Thread entries are not automatically sent to Vela or another model. They do not affect Life Score.
Find the entry again
Browse or search your journal when you want to look back. Its PIN locks the screen; it is not end-to-end encryption.
Stay in control
Export your journal or delete entries. Account deletion and restricted backup retention follow the Privacy Policy.
What to keep in mind
If you copy journal text into a Vela message, that new message follows Vela’s separate processing terms.
Make a little room for your day
