Friendships go quiet gradually. LifeVela logs social interactions so you can see which relationships have been active and which ones have not had an entry in weeks. The record shows the pattern before you notice it yourself.
Interactions logged by person
The Social module records interactions with named contacts. You log a call, a meeting, or a message. The record shows the last interaction date for each contact and the frequency over a period. You can see which relationships are active and which are not.
The Social dimension of your Life Score
Social contact is one of the six dimensions of the Life Score. The Social dimension is calculated from the interactions you log. A period with no social log entries will show a gap in the Social dimension. The score reflects the record.
No notifications, just the record
LifeVela does not send you a notification when a friendship goes quiet. It keeps the record. You can look at the Social module and see the last interaction date for each contact. The decision to reach out is yours.

What LifeVela does not do here
LifeVela does not read your messages, does not connect to your contacts app, and does not detect social interactions automatically. Every entry is logged by you.
