Life Score
Six dimensions. One number. No advice attached.
The Life Score is calculated from the six dimensions you log: sleep, habits, finance, professional, social, and physical. It shows you where you are across all six parts at once, without telling you what to do about it.
The score is built from your logs
Every entry you make — a sleep duration, a habit tick, a spend, a workout, a journal note, a social interaction — contributes to the relevant dimension. The Life Score is calculated from whichever dimensions have data. It does not estimate or fill in gaps.
The range is 0 to 100
The Life Score uses the full 0 to 100 range. Missing calculations appear as an em dash rather than a midpoint. The score reflects your logged data, not a comparison to other users.
Low confidence when data is thin
When fewer than five dimensions have data, the score carries a "Low confidence" label. When no dimensions have data, the score is replaced by "Not enough logged yet." The provenance line under every score shows how many dimensions contributed so you always know what the number is based on.
Sample interface — your view is built from what you log.
What LifeVela does not do here
The Life Score does not compare you to other users, does not set targets, and does not tell you what a good score is. It shows you what your logged data produces.
