Life Score
The score moved because something in the record changed.
When your Life Score moves, the reason is in the logs. The score-explained view shows which dimensions contributed to the change and what the underlying entries were, so the movement is traceable rather than mysterious.
The score-explained view
The score-explained page shows the current score, the dimension breakdown, and the contribution of each dimension. If the score moved since last week, you can see which dimensions changed and by how much. The explanation is built from your log data.
The dimension that moved
If your Life Score dropped, the score-explained view shows which dimension dropped and by how much. If you logged fewer habits this week, the Habits dimension will be lower. If you did not log sleep, the Health dimension will show a gap. The movement is traceable.
The score history
Your Life Score history shows the score for each day you logged. You can see the trend over a week, a month, or longer. The history is built from your logged data, so the movement is visible as a record rather than a single current number.
Sample interface — your view is built from what you log.
What LifeVela does not do here
LifeVela shows why the score moved based on your log entries. It does not tell you what to do to improve the score, does not set targets, and does not compare your score to other users.
